The Citroën Berlingo range now comes standard with a 7” multifunction touchscreen which incorporates a reverse camera, Apple CarPlay® / MirrorLink™.  Enhancing your mobile office, the Berlingo offers autonomous in-car smart phone integration for compatible phones and apps. The main benefit of the system is the enhanced safety as you don’t have to touch your phone while using either system, along with mirroring your phone’s satnav on the large touchscreen display.

The 6-speed semi-automatic (ETG6, available on Berlingo L2) is further enhanced with a Euro 5 e-HDi engine which includes ‘Stop & Start’ technology and ESP as standard – contributing to the combined fuel use figure of 4.7L* per 100 kilometers.

The new drivetrain contributes to a significant one-litre per 100km saving in fuel economy over the similarly specified manual transmission, saving owners in the order of $300 per year* in fuel use alone.

92 LITRES OF STORAGE SPACES AND REMARKABLE BRIGHTNESSAn emblematic component of the leisure activity vehicle, the new multifunction roof on New Citroën Berlingo carries over the best features of the two previous generations while providing even more light. The Modutop® comprises of a ceiling storage unit accessible via the rear seats or the boot and, now, a compartmentalised translucent arch, enhanced by ambient lighting running along the entire length and illuminating stored items.

The Modutop® provides even more light with the large sun roof equipped with an electric sun blind.

MODULARITY

3 INDIVIDUAL FULL-SIZE SEATS IN THE REARAll the back-seat passengers in New Citroën Berlingo enjoy the same comfort regardless of their place thanks to three individual seats with the same width. The three seats also offer plenty of leg room, both for the 5- and 7-seater versions and the M and XL models. With the front passenger seat folded down into the floor, New Citroën Berlingo boasts a load volume of up to 4,000 litres and a load length of over 3 metres for the XL version.

Also in the rear, the luggage shelf can be configured in two positions: the regular high position and an intermediary position for dividing the boot into compartments. The luggage shelf can support loads of up to 25 kg and is easily accessed via the opening rear window. Eminently practical, the shelf is stored behind the row-two seats.

New Citroën Berlingo is now available in two lengths with controlled proportions and well-balanced lines. Both lengths bring motorists optimal comfort with the M body style seating 5 and the XL up to 7.

The XL model is 35 cm longer than the M model with a longer wheelbase and extended rear overhang. The third row of seats is removable and sliding, offering a choice between passenger comfort or greater boot capacity depending on your activities.
